While Daddy is away, we stay up late and fix our hair pretty and take pretty pictures! :) Maybe tonight we'll try something different! hehe
I'm very excited about how well they came out. I'm going to pick up our Christmas Card after I pick up Cheyenne from school and hopefully get them in the mail tomorrow or Monday! I've been waiting for a dry day to take pictures outside... guess I'll have to save that for our Rockstar Photoshoot! :)

Well, things have been kinda busy lately...
Last weekend was the Lockport Christmas Parade. We've never been and lesson learned.. lol. We parked by the park because that's where it ended and they light up the park afterwards. Well, we got there at 5:00, parade stars at 5:30, doesn't make it to us until after 8. Try finding entertaining things for a 2 year old and 7 year old in a truck for that long. It was too cold to go outside. I let them play in the back and luckily had some crayons and coloring books and Cheyenne brought a few toys. Bad thing, we didn't bring any food, or drinks and was STARVING by the time we left. Cheyenne was of course scared of the first few floats because they were police cars with sirens and fire trucks with the sirens after the first 4-5 floats she warmed up. She did not want the candy either, she wanted the beads! lol Go figure!Walking around the park before the parade and before the sun went down and it got REALLY cold.
I wish that darn fence wasnt there because this would be an AWESOME spot for pictures! Put this one is super cute!
Waiting for Miss Princess Maddie to come running up! Look at Cheyenne with her legs crossed how cute! haha
Here she comes alllll smiles to be out and running free!! haha
And Cheyenne covering her ears for the first few floats of the parade! haha
And once she warmed up to it, she was all over the place getting beads!
This week not much going on. Tuesday Cheyenne had school and dancing. Found out they are dancing to Who Let the Dogs Out and wearing puppy costumes! Can't wait to see their dance! We get to go video tape soon will definitely be sharing that!
Tomorrow I am going to get my hair done, FINALLY! I have not had my hair cut or colored since May and it was September before that! So I'm very excited to be pampering myself and actually going to a Salon and having some girl time! My friend Leslie owns a salon down here, Papponee. For all my bayou girls check her out! I'll post pictures once I leave tomorrow and share! Then I'm debating if I want to pick up Cheyenne before or after I get my nails done. I don't know how she's going to do getting her nails done, I'm thinking I'll go before I get her and wait until her 3rd birthday to bring her to get her nails done like a big girl! :)
Friday I am going last minute shopping for a maid of honor dress for my sisters wedding Saturday! Yes I know I am last minute, but I do better last minute! lol I'm very excited to finally be a MAID OF HONOR!!! :) And that my sister is getting married and is very happy. Hoping that the rain holds off until after the ceremony due to it being an outside wedding and reception!
Sunday I am going to the jewelry show in Baton Rouge with a few friends and really excited to be getting out of the house and going do a girls only day with no kids!!! Cheyenne is going see Santa Clause on Sunday with "Dora" and Nanny and Kelsey. She's going tell Santa she wants a pink 4-wheeler. Hopefully she takes a pretty picture! lol
The following weekend is the Weckesser Christmas Party!
Then finally CHRISTMAS!! I'm ready to give Cheyenne all of her presents!! lol It's killing me!
Well, Don is working very late tonight and I am very tired! Will post maybe tomorrow with some more pictures!
This past weekend I went to my mom's for the weekend because Friday night she was teaching me to sew so I can add clothes to my bows! She made a pumpkin outfit that is just tooo cute!! I started making a Saint's one but didn't finish then messed it up very badly Saturday and just GAVE UP! haha. All I had left was to sew the ruffle to the pants and the top "smocking". I can't wait for her to wear it!
Saturday we went to the pumpkin patch with Kelsey and Mali on our way to Biloxi. We were going to Biloxi for a cousins birthday party. Family that we haven't seen in over 10 years! It was great seeing everyone and catching up! I was so caught up in the moment I forgot Cheyenne's school bag with all her panties, fold up potty seat, cup, everything at Vanita's house!
The pumpkin patch was really fun, we passed it and Cheyenne saw the pumpkins and of course said "I wanna touch it". She got her wish! She was able to touch whatever pumpkin she wanted!! Then they got to pick 2 pumpkins, Cheyenne got a little one and a "baby" one, Kelsey got a regular size one and a little one, and Mali was sweet enough to get 2 regular sized ones, 1 for her and 1 for her brother!
After pictures and pumpkins, we headed to Biloxi. The DVD player wouldn't work so it made for an interesting car ride with my little one who HATES riding in the car! It was really cold outside so we stayed outside for alittle while, then headed inside! We didn't get home until after 8. After the girls were bathed and watching TV I started sewing again to try to finish it, didn't get very far because Kelsey kept coming stick her finger in the sewing machine and telling me that "that's a needle" haha. I was wrecked! Went to bed... Got up Sunday to try to finish, ended up screwing it up 3 times and finally gave up! Too hard to work with the 2 girls and my dad.. lol...
Kelsey and Cheyenne enjoyed the swings at the birthday party!
Came home to watch the Saint's win and become 5-0!!! WOOO HOOOOO!! WHO DAT BABY!!!
Well, yesterday at dancing Cheyenne was the last one out, and her teacher started telling me that she is doing REALLY good in class! I was worried because she is the youngest and she has 3 and 4 year olds in her class. She said "don't worry, she knows everything and when I tell them to do a step, she does it before any of the other ones and remembers all of them, I don't have to show her, I even put a song on today that I haven't played in probably 3 weeks and when it came on she started doing steps she learned the first time she heard the song!" I was so excited! She said she is the youngest but is doing the best in her class! I'm really glad I found something that my baby loves doing! She really enjoyed pageants, but I think she has to be able to tell me she wants to do them, because it was hard knowing, she would say yes, and sometimes get on stage and do nothing, while other times she got up there and ROCKED it! I said once she's 3, in a new age group, we'll try again and see how she does or if she's even interested! Pageants are very addicting! And plus all my favorite girlfriends have kids who do pageants in different age groups and some in Cheyenne's so it's a good time to see everyone!
Today at school they had Fire Safety and the Librarian came. Cheyenne really enjoyed getting to sit in the firetruck and drive it!
They got all geared up and showed them what a fireman looked like all dressed up so they wouldn't be scared if their house ever caught on fire and they had to dress up. They also explained all their equipment that they used. The oxygen tank has a bell on it that goes off when the oxygen is low, and it sounds like the phone that rings on the Wonderpets. When they set it off Cheyenne yells "Wonder pets!!!!" haha.
The guy started walking up with the flashlight and she got really excited and ran up to him to grab it from him! She wanted to hold it NOW! haha
Cheyenne was squatting down and I kept telling her to get up and she would just look at me, and I couldn't figure out what she was doing, she was copying Spencer's mommy! haha She thought it was really cute and said "its comfy huh?" lol
The glare was horrible and I didn't realize until after I had taken most of the pictures! And Cheyenne's came out the worst, go figure!

She enjoyed climbing on the back of it!
What happened to my little squishy baby? When did she grow up?
This is Theresa, Cheyenne calls her "Ms Resa" haha. and Theresa is holding Jovian, Cheyenne and Jovian stick together all day I'm told. And When Cheyenne walks in she says "Hola Jovie" haha
After that we came home and it was so pretty out, we decided to take some pictures! They came out cute. I need to update the pictures on her Baby Gassy Gooma modeling card, so I'm going to email them and see which ones they would recommend.
They're all not edited yet, but editing my blog took a lot longer than I expected it to!

I pose mama!

"I woosssin mah mind!" BTW I need to video her saying that. It's too f'n cute!

I shake mooommmmm

After this, she said "I done".
We came home and changed to go play outside, while I was uploading pics I told her to go put her shoes on, she came in like this...
Tomorrow she has school and I plan on cleaning up the house a bit and catching up on DVR's! It's 84%full!
This weekend is the French Food Fest and I really want to go, but have to see what's going on and how the bank account is looking, and Sunday is Sam and Remington's baby shower! Can't wait!
Well, time for baths, Snow White, and bed!
